Shipping policy

Production Time

Every Foldy order is made to order. Once your payment is confirmed and your design file has been received and approved, production begins. Standard production time is 7 working days. Production does not start until both conditions are met.

Delivery — Philippines

Delivery is arranged door-to-door after production is complete. Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days from the date your order ships, depending on your location. Metro Manila deliveries are generally faster than provincial addresses.

Delivery — Singapore

International shipping is arranged after production is complete. Estimated delivery is 7–14 working days from the date your order ships. Please account for customs processing time, which may extend delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, document the damage immediately and contact us within 5 business days at hello@foldyph.com. Once your order has been handed to our courier partner, Foldy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control. For lost shipments, contact us at hello@foldyph.com and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf.
